Develop, prepare, and manage financial reports Credit card and bank reconciliations Process accounts receivable Process accounts payable Review payments received and record deposits Review and monitor general ledger Answer phones, file, sort mail, and assist with any other administrative functions as deemed necessary Requirements: Proven knowledge of general ledger Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping/administrative assistant experience 2 + years QuickBooks experience Ability to focus, multitask, & adapt to changing priorities Positive attitude Strong communication skills both verbal and written Skills Proven bookkeeping experience Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles Proven ability to calculate, post and manage financial records Proficiency in Quickbooks Customer service orientation and negotiation skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
