The Over-The-Counter (OTC) Clinic will begin on 5 January 2020 and is available from 0730-1000 Monday through Friday (not including holidays, training days, and ACC family days) at the 23 MDG Pharmacy. The OTC Clinic is intended to supplement sick-call for all patients with PCMs (empaneled patients) at the 23 MDG. The OTC clinic will offer a variety of over-the-counter medications to treat acute illnesses and injuries. ... Patients with PCMs at the 23 MDG can be prescribed up to 4 medications based on their symptoms per month. If required, a recommendation of 24-hours quarters will be given to Active Duty members for their supervisor to approve/disapprove. Please remember that the OTC Clinic was developed to provide an adjunct to medical care and is NOT intended to replace a PCM appointment.
