Why do we need meetings? This

I couldn't believe addiction was a disease. I thought people with addiction issues were simply "bad people." Until I watched the absolute horrific sub-human conditions addicts/alcoholics subjected themselves to, I came to realize -NO ONE would live that way unless they were really sick. Then I knew--Alcoholism is a Disease.
