We have spent a number of months, listening to one another over the phone or watching on Face Time or another platform and it is different, sitting in the same room. As we return home, we need to work on our communication plan with those we love.... Here are some tips. ~ Take time for talking. We have been accustomed to quick sound-bites. Normal communication requires time. ~ Make eye contact while losing the distractions around you. If you have children, everyone wants to talk so make time for each one and perhaps schedule a time without the kids for you and your spouse. ~ Know your spouse's Love Language.
