Raider Brigade continues mastering the fundamentals during an Artillery Skills Proficiency Testing (ASPT) while deployed to Korea. This battery of tests are a part of artillery qualification tables designed to ensure #RaiderNation master their fundamentals. Through training, we create cohesive teams that are ready to support our Soldiers and prepare them to win on future battlefields. Leaders will set the tone for these cohesive teams, cultivating a culture of care, pride and... ownership across the Division. #battleaxeofthe3id #RaidersFirst #WinningMatters

U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Leadership Message: Today, Dec. 8, 2020, we received the results of the Fort Hood Independent Review into the command climate and culture at III Corps and Fort Hood. The report highlighted areas where we must do better when it comes to our #Soldiers' safety and welfare. The simple fact is, we failed our Soldiers and their Families; and we broke trust with our Nation. These findings are hard truths, but we can and must do better. To do better..., we need to understand the truth, trust one another, and decide how we will each improve our squads. I expect every leader to look every member of their squad in the eye and explain what happened, and what we are doing to ensure this never happens again. Our Soldiers, Civilians, and their Families deserve to serve and live in safe, healthy environments where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Across the Army, we are taking important steps to re-establish and re-invest in trust within each of our formations, our communities, and, ultimately, with the American People. That is why, this year, the Army made People our #1 Priority, initiated the #ThisIsMySquad Campaign and formed the People First Task Force to implement the recommendations of the Fort Hood Independent Review Committee across the #USArmy. This year, FORSCOM implemented a program called "Foundational Training Day" across all of our installations. Foundational Training Day is protected time, aimed at learning more about one another - the issues that affect our Soldier's lives, on and off duty. As the Army's People First Task Force makes additional recommendations, we will implement further reforms. It is important to remember that sometimes bad things happen to great units, but those bad things do not define those units - and this is true for the great units at Fort Hood, and the great units throughout FORSCOM. Great units confront sexual harassment and sexual assault. Great units confront suicides. Great units confront racism and extremism - and that is exactly what we are doing. Make no mistake, People are our greatest strength and our most valuable asset. It is up to us to maintain, and build upon, the trust that our Army has earned over our 245 year history. TODD W. You've heard of #elfontheshelf, but how about the #RockoftheDOC? This isn't about holiday shenanigans, but a thoughtful way U.S. Army Field Grade leaders took it upon themselves to make sure their Soldiers were recognized for their hard work. #PeopleFirst U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) XVIII Airborne Corps The Army Leader https://www.army.mil/article/241523

The 25th Infantry Division gets the honor to be represented by Army West Point Athletics this week as our Black Knights take the field against the Midshipmen of the U.S. Navy. Those uniforms look TOUGH! If you haven't seen it yet, check out the pinned post on our page as we poke some good-hearted fun at our Navy brothers and sisters. #singsecond #GoArmyBeatNavy #ROTM ...
