Today our Marietta-based Medical Command began vaccinating members of the Georgia National Guard against #COVID19. They are leading the way to prevent the spread of COVID to our formation. The vaccine will save lives and bring our nation out of the grips of this deadly virus. The Guardian team views taking this vaccination as part of our duty to our formation and all those that serve. Welcome to 2021! Today, we recognized one of our Guardian Soldiers making a difference across the brigade. Staff Sgt. Jarrett Hill received the Guardian Coin for exceeding the standard in not one, but two, separate Army Commander's Maintenance Evaluation Team inspections for the Kennesaw-based 277th Maintenance Company and Marietta-based Headquarters, 78th Troop Command during December. Hill's dedication to duty reflects great credit upon himself, his unit and the Georgia Army National Guard! #supportthefight78
