Thoughtful Tuesday Be Yourself. Everyone else is taken. At Knowledge Camp Virtual Program it’s important for our students to be comfortable with who they are. Social-Emotional Learning engages children in meaningful conversations about themselves. Through these discussions, we teach kids about the true essence of the human spirit. Parents, this semester we will have a Knowledge Camp Book Mobile FULL of exciting literature to engage students of all ages and reading levels. As a family project, please inventory your at home libraries or ask a neighbor if they have any gently used books that they would like to donate to our Book Worm Book Mobile Children who are STRONG READERS often EXCEL in ALL other subjects as well. ... If your child struggles with reading, it’s okay...we want to gain their attention too...ALL of our students will be excited about the Book Worm Book Mobile. As a reading incentive, students will have a daily reading log, that they will be able to submit to Knowledge Camp staff in exchange for AWESOME INCENTIVES! We will also have a READ-A-THON fundraiser kicking off in September. (Stay tuned for dates) Donated books can be dropped off or email us to coordinate a time for drop off.

Parents, many of you may be struggling with the idea of sending your child back to school or keeping them at home. If you are able to keep them home and that works best for your family GREAT! If you are an essential worker and staying home is not an option KNOWLEDGE CAMP is prepared to help support your family. We are located in Smyrna, Ga. Please DM your email address to be added to the Zoom Meeting tomorrow at 12noon. We would love to share with you our plans for SAFETY ...and ACADEMIC SUPPORTS during the Fall Semester. We will supply backpacks, and tablets to all registered students. No more that 5 kids per class, and no more than 20 kids in the building. We have certified teachers k-12 providing instructional support each day. We will STRICTLY ENFORCE ALL CDC and State Guidelines in regards to COVID Precautions.
