Friends this is excellent advice. Fortunately, we have very wise clients who understand the importance of facing the realities of life. Recently, I had surviving children who were prepared to provide excellent long term care for their father because the mother and father, a few years ago decided to downsize and sell their home and reserve the proceeds for their future care. Unfortunately, we also see the other side with the results from clients whose relative has no will, try to draw their own will, or have not updated their will.
