Katie Luther - The Woman Who Did It All Strong and independent, Katie Luther continues to inspire us to this day! In addition to running the house, farm, garden..., and a handful of children, Katie found the time to take over the brewing license that had traditionally been held by the monks. Fun Fact - She even convinced the city to ban the dumping of garbage into the river on Tuesdays in order for her to draw water for her brewing. May we all channel our inner "Katie" today and remember to speak for ourselves, stand up for what we believe, and simply never give up! #internationalwomensday2021
