Warm winter clothes all packed up and ready to go to our former refugee families! These gifts from the Threads Winter Coat Drive are part of our Thanksgiving service project, which is a wonderful collaboration among many of our ministries: The men of Covenant Community are creating boxed Thanksgiving meals for the former refugee families we serve through our Refugee Ministries program and for the graduates of Covenant Community who live at the Sterne House. Each boxed meal... feeds a family of five; the cost is $75 per box. (The families will also receive these warm winter coats from Threads.) In addition, Children's Ministries is making special Blessing Bags to be distributed to our neighbors experiencing homelessness. These bags will include items like protein bars, hand sanitizer, masks, socks, and more; the cost is $20 per bag. Please support these efforts by sponsoring a meal, a Blessing Bag, or both!
