Very important info for all out of work musicians!

Big week of mixing rock n roll! So psyched to have my old friend and Behip Records engineering partner Sean McLeroy up on the team!! We’ll be hyper focused all week but there will be breaks so come say hi to our missing fam member!

I love it when i get to call in my secret ninja brass warriors to slide some massive horn tones into a studio project! Thank you Dashill Smith Music. and @Daniel Wytanis! You guys gave me exactly what i needed in 2 passes each ChamPEENS!!! And it opened my project way up tonally. Cruschtastic!

Today we start mix cycle for Beth Moore and Chance McColl’s upcoming release Electric Fantastic! What an incredible journey its been since inception last winter! Some REALLY nice compositions and playing. Sorry havent made updates lately, just we have been slammmmmed at Alpsmedia with 7 active studio album projects this summer. But now its time to bring the focus back to this wonderful project, i am floored to be making progress! Look out for this record this holiday season!

Cosmic rays infiltrate the Doug Hartley studio band!

What a killer session last weekend with The Buzzards of Fuzz!!! These cats are on the cutting edge of new sounds in rock and roll, desert punk, desert rock. And the buzzards descended, looking for carrion meat but settled in front of our mics for one hell of a killer session for their upcoming video! Clear the road kill, buzzards are coming!!! Ben Davidow and Van Bassman and Charles Wiles and Adam Mcintyre you guys just crusched!

We wrapped up tracking on this most awesome project of killer, deep, awesome grooves and songs this week. I cant wait for you to hear this project co-masterminded by Chance McColl and @beth moore! One of the best studio vocal Jazz projects ive heard in a long while! Coming soon!

Zu Blac - ladies and gentlemen, you NEED to hear this amazing vocalist!! Truly inspired and very excellent music chops as well. If you dont want to marry her after 12 notes, ill eat my shoe! Hahah really excellent job tonight Zu and @Mic Mel!!
