Today, we’re counting the cost of pride. It’s easy to become so used to success or the abundant life that we forget God’s hand in our lives. When we think we’ve gotten to where we are on our ownor that we can get where we’re going on our own strengthpride creeps into our hearts. Pride keeps us from encountering God in the powerful ways He wants to show Himself to us. Today, let’s forsake our pride and voice our dependence on Him!

Today, we’re remembering that our hope is in God! When it’s tempting to lose hope, remember who our true Source of hope is! God never changes, and His promises never fail. We can have hope even in the midst of difficult circumstances, crisis, and tragedy, because He is our unchanging hope!

Today Antioch East along with our Community Partner NCNW and sister church Antioch Social Justice Ministry provided dinner to the hardworking staff at the Rockdale County Board of Elections. We are grateful for their service and dedication.

Greetings Children of the Most High God! All of us - Christians or not - have ‘holy work’ to do in the world. It starts in acknowledging our relationship with a loving God and moving out from there. That’s why our sanctuary is open to anyone desiring to spend time in prayer, either silently or in community with us @ 6:00PM for Corporate Prayer. Please be assured that your prayers in our house of worship are as important to us as they are to you. You are most welcome here. The...refore, beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, November 4, 2020, the Antioch East Church Main Sanctuary will reopen for private prayer every Wednesday between 12:00PM 6:00PM. Please observe the following: 1. A face mask is REQUIRED 2. Please visit for a short time 3. Observe social distancing 4. No congregating in the Narthex. 5. No bathrooms are available. 6. PLEASE DO NOT leave books, pamphlets, papers, or Religious articles in the church. When entering the church, kindly indicate to our greeters the purpose of your visit. Today, we’re asking, seeking, and knocking for what God has for us! Jesus says in Matthew 7:7-8, Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. How are you asking, seeking, and knocking today

Today, we’re remembering that God is still thereeven when we can’t feel Him! Sometimes, it feels like God is nowhere to be found. When we feel this way, we can remember that He’s promised never to leave us or forsake us! Cling to the truth of His Word, and His presence, even in the times you can’t feel Him! Magnify the Lord in your mind and heart today!
