Below are some suggestions on what to bring: 1. 2 weeks worth of clothes and toiletries (include sweaters). 2. A pen and paper or journal. 3. Something to read.... 4. Pictures that will motivate you. 5. Comfortable shoes to walk around in. 6. Medications with a refill 7. Twin Size Sheets with pillow 8. Two forms of I.D. 9.
