We are thinking about impact of crowd funding on the investment banking market. How do you think the enforcement of Title III of the JOBS Act will be handled by regulators? Will this impact existing brokers performing small capital raises, or will the registration as a funding portal keep them in business due to the tight exemption language around the funding portal exemption? Are small businesses going to have more available capital access? What about disclosure and documentation requirements that need to be presented to investors? What are your thoughts?
