Just a reminder to our loyal customers that Athens Running Co is open for business during our regular hours. We have a few procedural changes such as trying to fit people outside when the weather is nice, spreading all of our chairs as far as possible, and of course cleaning everything! Swing by anytime to try on a new pair of shoes! We appreciate your business and will do our best to provide great customer service.

Since Athens Running Co is a sporting goods store we are allowed to be open for now but of course this is an ever evolving situation. In an effort to protect our employees and customers while still providing our community access to shoes, we will remain open for now during our regular hours but in a limited capacity. ... ARC will only have one employee on staff at at time and we will allow only one customer in at a time. So please wait outside or in your car if a customer is already inside. Our staff will sanitize between customers and will follow all CDC guidelines. In an effort to thank your support we are offering 20% off all in-stock shoes and free delivery until further notice. In compliance with the new ACC ordinance, we have temporarily closed our showroom. We are exploring ways to resume limited operations to provide you sales and service in such a way that complies with public health guidelines. With heavy hearts but hope for the future, we remind you that tonight there will be no GROUP run. Take care of yourselves and if you need new shoes we can ship them to you.

COVID-19 Update concerning ARC. We are paying close attention to this ever changing situation but as of now we are keeping the store open for business with our regular hours. However, as of today until further notice all of our group runs and events are cancelled. We are following all CDC guidelines to sanitize the store between customer visits as well as guidelines on personal hygiene to keep our employees and guests safe. We do request that if someone in your household i...s not feeling well, please do not come into the store. Running/walking during these difficult times is a great way to relieve stress and stay healthy while social distancing oneself. This is why we think it is important to stay open and provide our community access to quality footwear.
