Sensei Greg is baaaaaack! Here is his message to AJM members: Great to get back on the mat! Comforting to see the care taken by everyone to make the dojo as safe as possible. In case you are wondering: my cardio is worse, my foot work is still wicked good, and my eye for seeing one thing to support you getting better is still razor sharp!
