What an awesome day of training with Professor Benjamin Salas. Everyone worked hard from our youth to our adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu students. Nice job everyone! Congrats to those that earned a stripe and those promoted to new belts. You all have worked incredibly hard to get to where you are.

What a busy weekend at Atlanta Mat Club Martial Arts. Friday night our adults enjoyed 10 rounds of intense rolls and then Saturday morning our families made some memories on the mat for Family Day.
