What a perfect weekend for getting the yards cleaned up and the decorations out. Hammonds is here again with their pumpkins and it’s beginning to look like fall here. They are expecting 5 trucks today full of pumpkins, hay, corn stalks, and all the decorative gourds and squash. Stop in to see the other vendors too for your sugar cane, greens, muscadines and other favorites. I have a good source that tells me new crop pecans will be in Tuesday. The mums are in and ready to bloom and a new shipment of pottery just came in down in the garden center. Spend a couple of hours outdoors with us! You will be glad you came!

Today is National HONEY BEE DAY! Honey bees are pollinators and an important piece of the agriculture industry. Many of our crops would not exist without the h...oney bee at bloom time. Farmers and ranchers are producing more with less land and honey bees are very much a part of this modern agricultural success story. Help spread the word on the importance of honey bees! See more
