Update regarding the May Tire Recycling Event As we are taking extra precautions to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we have decided to cancel the scrap tire recycling event scheduled for May 16th. Be on the lookout for a date in the future as we plan to reschedule this recycling event!

Ready to get a head start on your spring cleaning? We're having the first tire recycling event of 2020 next Saturday, Feb. 15th! Richmond County residents can recycle an unlimited number of scrap tires, free of charge! See you there!

Reminder! Trash collection is delayed one day this week due to the Christmas Holiday. Trash collection for next week will be delayed one day for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday customers, due to the New Years Holiday on Tuesday.

Augusta customers: Christmas trees may be placed at the curb for pickup on your regular service day. Please remove all decorations and tree stands, and be sure to leave space between the tree and your regular trash can.

The Holidays are coming! Collection schedules are as follows: Thanksgiving Day - no collection. Thursday customers collected Friday, Friday collected Saturday. Christmas Day - No collection. Tuesday - Friday customers collected one day late.

No change to collection schedules for Veterans Day. Landfill open normal hours - 6am-5pm.
