It's a boy! Our much loved Sianee is having a sweet little boy! We very much wanted to have her a baby shower, but due to Covid, limited space and chaotic schedules, we decided to go semi virtual. Per my persuasion (she is an extremely humble, strong, independent woman) she completed a baby registry on Amazon. Twice a year I have the opportunity to give back in a big way, and this is by far my favorite giveaway! Merry Christmas!

New Sessions! I started creating these about a year or so ago. I wanted to create sessions that stemmed around each individual personality of my beautiful children. A little something to honor the most important people in my life. The perfectionist side of me is often a battle with my creativity. I would work on this, set it aside. Repeat. Thankfully, I have a very talented friend, Shanna Hill! She took my descriptions and gave them each the title that I just could not come up with. (Except Madilyn, lol I claim that one). Thank you! I am in love with the end result.

It has been a great start to our offical first week back! We still have a few kinks here and there with signage, landscaping and getting everyone booked, but we will get there. I want to thank everyone again for your patience, kindness and support! We are forever grateful. Thank you to everyone who pitched in to help us get moved and set up in such a short time. I could not have accomplished this without you all! Here is a little sneak peek at the new space. We hope to see everyone soon! And most importantly, we hope that you still feel as if you can "escape from it all" during your visit with us.

UPDATE New space - Same great service ! Although the shut down has forced me to restructure some things, we are blessed and grateful that Aurora Falls will be able to continue on! For me, it reinforced the fact that I work with the best team of therapists, and we have the best community of clients, ever. Thank you all so much for your patience and your continued support!... I have been faced with many tough decisions over the past 2 months. A rollar coaster of emotions and thoughts. I am finally at a good place mentally with it all and am excited to announce to you that we are relocating. The new space is still located in downtown Clarkesville at 113 Grant Street, Suite 1. (This is right beside The Copper Pot, in the back of The Desoto Building). Our phone number will remain the same. 706-768-7877. We plan to resume normal business hours by June 1st. Office hours will begin on May 26th for appointment requests. I have had a ton of people question previously bought gift cards. I am extending expiration dates on all gift cards purchased from December 2019 thru May 2020. These will be good to use through the end of this year. We look forward to seeing everyone! Kelley

Good afternoon! I had orginally hoped to reopen the spa tomorrow, May 1. Unfortunately, we all feel that it is still a little too soon. The restrictions placed on us make it nearly impossible to offer massage and skincare to the public. We also feel we should remain on the side of caution in regards to the safety of our clients and our families. Hopefully it will not be much longer. Thank you all for being patient with us. Good morning! By now I am sure that most everyone has heard Kemp's announcement releasing body workers back to work this Friday, April 24th. After carefully reading the restrictions and guidelines (so confusing ), and taking into consideration the safety of you all and also our families, we feel it is a little premature. ... Moving forward, we feel more comfortable with opening back up to receiving clients on May 1st. Please keep in mind that if anything changes, we will need to push this date out. As anxious as we all are to get back to work, your health, and ours, is and always will be priority! During the next few days, I'll be contacting those of you who are on our waiting list first. Many thanks to you all for patiently waiting on us, praying for us and continuing to support us! Kelley

As therapists, body workers, whatever you want to call us, we feel rewarded by taking care of others. It is in our nature. Unfortunately what that means a lot of the time is that we don't treat ourselves the same! How many of you can relate? How many of you take care of your family, elderly parents, friends..and then at the end of the day are too tired to take care of yourself? It is hard to predict how long this "downtime" is going to last. So what if, whether it is 10 da...ys or 21 days, we create new self-care habits, for OURSELVES! I personally need to practice what I preach in regards to stretching. And walking. For example, Day 1...stretch hamstrings, walk to mailbox. Lol. Day 2...stretch hamstrings and quads, walk to mailbox 2ce. Lol. Seriously tho, if we stick to it, by the time we get back to the real world imagine how ready we will be, we will feel better AND we will have created a new self-care/love routine that hopefully we will stick to. What are some self-care things you do or have wanted to do but have not felt like you had the time for? (We for sure cannot use the no time excuse for awhile). I would love to share ideas!

Heartbroken, yet hopeful. This is not the end. Just a pause. We WILL be back and I hope all of us come back even stronger than before. Our industry has been hit hard, and will take a lot longer to bounce back than most. That is just the way it is for us. Please pray for my work family. I work with 13 amazing people. That may seem like a low number to most, but do the math. Thats 13 families. Average 4 per family, thats 52 mouths to feed. We, unfortunately, are an industry t...hat most forget about. So, please pray and please remember us when this is over. Our passion is to take care of others, and when this is over, we will be here ready to do just that. In the meantime, we are praying for everyone. Because, the sad reality is that there is not one single person that is not being affected by this. So, if there is anything I can do for anyone, please dont hesitate to reach out. Lastly, I am forever grateful for ALL of our clientele. You guys are the best. It is heartbreaking to watch many years of hard work just go away in the blink of an eye. But, on the flipside, it is mindblowing to think back over the last 6 years to the loyalty and overall amazing clientele we have built. We truly thank you all for the support you have shown us, up to the last minute of even today. See you all soon. In the meantime, practice your self care, and take care of you.
