After officially graduating from The Kushi Institute's Macrobiotic Cooking and Counseling Leadership Program, I am proud to announce my monthly cooking classes. Please join me for delicious, bountiful, healing, practical, educational and fun evenings with like minded glorious friends in a beautiful, ocean front gourmet kitchen. It can't get any better. My seasonal oriented year long monthly series of organic plant-based Macrobiotic/Ayurvedic cooking classes begin on Novembe...r 20th....Just in time for winter holiday festivities. Let's make them fun and healthy together. I am joyously proud to share the knowledgable and creative Susan Ribeiro will be assisting me and Sylvie Manning will be expertly teaching about vegan gluten free desserts. Class size is limited to maintain an intimate atmosphere. Single class investment $80 including handouts, recipes, appetizers, 5 course organic meal, demonstration, organic vegan wine and beverages. Single Class investment $80 Series of 3 $75 per class Series of 6 $70 per class. Year long seasonal series of 12 $65 per class. Classes will alternate on Friday and Tuesday evenings 6:00-9-00pm.
