We are offering free dock inspections and free estimates If you know of a problem and you want to fix it, estimates are always free Rules for free inspection are :... 1. if nothing's wrong, it's free 2. if repairs are needed and competition gives a lower quote for repairs, the inspection is free 3. must be a steel dock older than 15 years old 4. if we find any structural damage, broken welds, broken boards, unsecured or bad floats, and we advise on fixing them, if you decide not to fix them within the next 30 days, there will be a $35 to $50 fee for the inspection 5. Only applies to floating docks on Lake Lanier
