The little dogs don't always love the water but Fonzi sure does! He has a tendency to want to play in the water bowls in the room so we wear him out and get it out of his system by putting a pool down for him in the yard whenever the weather is nice. He LOVES it when we do and his tiny little legs rarely are out of the water. Look how adorable he is.

Jake was also excited to meet the group because he's also here for his first day. As you can see by the tail that's in motion and the expression on his face, he was a little too excited to stop long enough for the picture!

Tanner was polite enough to pose for a picture before meeting the group despite how excited he was about his first day. What a cutey!

Look how pretty Josie is! Since she's 11 years old then this sweet pup counts as a senior, but she's got a spring in step like a dog half her age. She doesn't like the cold much so don't expect to see her too often on the courtyard cams, but watch Big Dog Way and you'll see her being a wonderfully behaved sweetheart!

If you've been watching Little Pup Lane then you may have noticed a tan lightning bolt in the room today. It's Milo and he's new! Despite this being his first day, this social puppy is having a blast and playing with literally every dog that has even the smallest playful bone in their body.

Blue's sibling Ainsley has been visiting us for years but this sweet boy is here for his first visit. He's been proud, stoic, and brave all morning and has had no issues joining the small dogs!

Tiny Tucker is the first of the new small dogs that have joined us today. Tucker was a little overwhelmed meeting the dogs but quickly realized that they're just being loud and goofy but not aggressive and now he's begging them to play with him constantly.

Sadie is walking bundle of confidence! Despite her age, Sadie had no problems meeting the group and has spent all morning acting like she's been visiting us for years. Some dogs just know exactly what to do on their first day in cage-free!

Dobby might look a little nervous, but that's just because he didn't like leaving his dad. He's actually been doing great though he's been mainly keeping to himself. What a cutey!

Dunder was very brave and confident meeting the group! There was no fear or anxiety in this pup and his confidence meant the other dogs quickly welcomed him in as one of their pack. We'll be seeing more of this sweetheart!

Sasha and Maggie are siblings joining us and are both here for their first day. They were both a little nervous but the groups welcomed them with open arms and they're both slowly transitioning to a happy place as they wrap their heads around the cage-free experience.

What a funny juxtaposition showing the different personalities that siblings can have. Hallie (on the left) is a longtime client who just adopted her sibling Wyatt (right) a few weeks ago. Hallie has always been a reserved lovebug but Wyatt is a bouncy play-machine that's been wearing the group out. We love both of them though and Wyatt's having a great first day as Hallie shows him the ropes.
