Hi friends!! I am super excited to announce I will be teaching a few yoga classes before the holidays! I would love to invite you all to my Thanksgiving Yoga class next Tuesday November 26th from 5:30-6:30 PM! The class will be a gentle practice and open to all fitness levels. The class is an hour long and only $10. Please comment on this post if you are interested in attending the class and I will message you the address.

Hi friends! I just wanted to let everyone know that September will be the last month of classes that I will be teaching. I have put a lot of thought in to this decision and feel it is what I need to do. My last official class will be September 25 at Thrive. Thank you to EVERYONE who has supported me in the last year and a half. I truly appreciate every single one of you who attended my classes and I will certainly miss it. I couldn’t have made it this far without so much love and support of me and my classes so for that I am truly grateful. If I happen to find a new location or path along the way, I will post it to this page to let everyone know! Again, thank you very much for supporting me. You guys are amazing!
