My Homies from Muncie, now Atlantans, came to support me at the book signing/talk @ Sight & Sound Museum. They laughed, talked and bought my books. Love them! Fished with their father when I was a teenager growing up in Muncie. www.captbriansettles.com

We kicked off our observation of Black history month by visiting the Sights & Sounds Black Cultural Expo Museum at North Dekalb mall. For some of us, It was an... interesting walk down memory lane while for others, it was an eye opening trip. A BIG THANK YOU to Mr. James Horton, owner and curator, for a memorable tour! Following our tour, we ate lunch at Chick-fil-A. Great trip! See more

Today I had a sweet 96 year old visitor at Sights and Sounds Museum. She really encouraged and educated me on some of the things I have on display. She will return with family members and friends and will be their tour guide. I thank God for her visit.
