Attention Pilates people: We are open and offering sessions on the Pilates equipment. We ask that all clients wash hands before their session and we clean and sanitize after each session. In spine twist, we keep the legs squeezed together and still, don’t let the hips move so that the low back is stabilized. Then we twist from the mid back and up the body.
