Kurt Aldridge, Vice President of Broadband Systems is a man who knows a little something about consistency. Aldridge has been with Broadband for fifteen years, starting with the company straight out of high school, beginning as a technician and rising through the ranks to the position he is in now. Aldridge is not the only success story coming out of Broadband, the company itself has slowly and steadily been setting the standard for satellite services in their area. Beginning... with only three employees, Broadband has expanded to twelve employees, while this may not seem like a vast amount of workers Aldridge is confident in his technicians. Aldridge says that Broadband is not in the satellite industry to claim to be the best or have the most customers or employees but provide the customers they do have with the highest quality service available. In an industry that is dominated by heavy hitting companies with numerous employees, companies like Broadband work behind the scenes to make sure their customers are satisfied. Aldridge hopes his company can set the standard for quality in the future for the industry. Other companies in Aldridge’s area cut corners and ultimately yield inconsistent results for the customer. Aldridge swears by his company’s family owned - customer first mentality, and dedication to growing with the ever growing technology of the industry and not only staying with but perhaps setting the curve for satellite care. While all of this may seem like too much for a small company like Broadband Aldridge doesn’t seem to think so, We take pride in what we do, it is a safe bet to say his customers do too.
