Please help us welcome our new addition! We are proud to welcome Dr. Molly Theus to our team! Dr. Molly Theus graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2020 and is originally from Calhoun, Georgia. She knew from a young age that she wanted to be a veterinarian after listening to her dad read James Harriet stories. Her particular veterinary interests include neurology, behavior and ophthalmology. She particularly loves that her job helps to strengthen the bond between pets and their families. Dr. Theus and her boyfriend Todd have a retired racing greyhound named Eli, and a rescue Doberman named Ronan. In her free time Dr. Theus loves running, walking her dogs and reading.

PLEASE READ! Yes, we are still asking you to call when you arrive in the parking lot for an appointment or med/food pickups. We are still providing curbside service to decrease the risk of infection to our staff. Yes, our phone lines have been incredibly and constantly busy, so if you get a busy signal, please keep trying to call. ... Please call any med pickups/prescription requests/food pickups in ahead of time (24 hours ahead if possible!) We have been overwhelmed with requests and sometimes are not able to do all of them at once. We will never turn away a sick or injured pet, even if it puts us behind schedule. So, please be understanding if you have to wait longer than expected. Lastly, and most importantly, please be patient and treat our staff with kindness and compassion. We’ve been doing our absolute best during this unprecedented situation. We understand that it might be frustrating if you get a busy signal when you call, or have to wait for a medication pickup, or if you have to wait longer than usual for your appointment, but try to understand we are doing the best we can with as busy as we are. We want to give your pets the highest quality of care, and we need your patience to do that. Thank you!!

Due to concerns about the novel coronavirus and related disease (COVID-19), We are taking additional precautionary measures (per the recommendations of the CDC and OSHA) within the hospital to keep our staff, doctors, animals, clients, and visitors safe, while continuing to provide essential patient care. Effective Monday, March 16 2020: What clients should do when they arrive at the hospital with patients: Call us when you arrive at the parking lot (770-536-8831) Please ...remain in your vehicle with your animal. Care professionals associated with your appointment will discuss your needs by phone when you arrive. At the end of the phone conversation, a care professional will come to the parking lot to bring your animal into the building for evaluation. **We are so very sorry to inconvenience anyone. This is obviously not how we like to conduct our business, but our primary goal is to stay healthy, keep others around us healthy and continue to provide service throughout the duration of this pandemic.** Please see our website for more specific information.
