I have a lot of patients who would like to be tested, but are not meeting criteria. Please don't go shopping for one, as they are not ready for prime time--if you are ill, isolate like you have COVID-19, that's how we stop it!

Great Message! Don't panic, but be safe! Our office is open for in-person visits (if you do not have respiratory symptoms), and we are doing a LOT over the phone. Call if you need us!

This is frightening, and highlights the need for widespread testing, which we do not yet have, the Piedmont System is recommending NO testing for outpatients, although the GA Dept. of Public Health IS recommending testing, which we hope to be able to next week. Sick people need to stay home!

Amid the panic, with good handwashing and isolation, the transmission rates are lower than expected. Good read. Be safe out there!
