Temperature Screening: Temperature screenings are required for families and team members prior to entering. Santa's Sanitization Squad: All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized between each visit. Help Cabela's Acworth keep our neighbors warm this winter! We will be collecting coats for One Warm Coat and you can help! One Warm Coat is a national non-profit organization that works to provide a free, warm coat to any person in need and raises awareness of the vital need for warm coats. ... The coats we collect will be distributed here in our local community, to any person in need, without charge, discrimination or obligation. You can help us spread warmth! Simply go through your closets and pull out your gently worn coats, bring the coats to Cabela's Acworth and drop off in the bin labeled "One Warm Coat" -- it's that easy! We will be collecting coats for "One Warm Coat" until November 28th at our store. Our coat donation bin will be located at our Exit doors!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES... -- Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. -- Provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by: identifying and evaluating customers' needs, making product recommendations based off of this analysis and promoting programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick- up -- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, children and customers. -- Assists with the execution of seasonal events. -- Facilitates "in-house" outdoor skills workshops. -- Participates in Store "events" as scheduled. -- Keeps work area clean, neat and safe at all times. -- Follows all Company Policies and Procedures. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High School education or equivalent experience MATHEMATICAL SKILLS / REASONING ABILITY Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers Ability to perform data entry, analyze reports and ledgers. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other Associates. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
