Fun seeing all the doctors, teachers, veterinarians, chefs, and sports players among others on career day. Here are a few photos.

It's a scarecrow invasion! Help support Carmel with funds to make some improvements around the school. We are hoping each class will make a scarecrow for a $20 total donation from the class. You can send in any amount to your child's teacher toward the scarecrow. Scarecrows will be posted later this week out in the car rider lanes. Look for information from your child's room parent.

It's Happy Birthday time! Our sign is up and running and we are ready to take orders for birthday messages. Your child will be bringing home a paper copy on Monday but here are the details. A standard Birthday message design is $20 or you can select a custom animated greeting for $25. Please pay online at www.cherokeek12.net/carmeles under payments or make a check payable to Carmel Elementary School, or cash will be accepted as well. Send in the form to your child's teacher or send it digitally to your teacher. If you are digital and have a nonCarmel teacher, please contact the front office. 10-20-20 Celebrating Ellie's Day! Our community celebrated by performing acts of kindness. Carmel created a flower garden to honor Ellie Pruitt. We look forward to the daffodils blooming in the spring.
