Over the past 48 hours many people who became aware of an incident one of our employees was involved in, decided to create an opinion about the aspects of our company that we value the most, Our integrity and professionalism, many that know our 25 year plus track record have posted support and defense for us. On the other hand many that have no idea who we are , other than HVAC company on Facebook have gone to our page and rated us a one out of 5 stars, posted opinionated com...ments to cause harm to myself and staff by deterring work by slandering the many years of hard honest work we have performed, some in California, New Jersey , Texas along with others, these people were malicious and purposeful in their intent. I limited my response to a few as I have seen folks who had no focus on an individual who acted inappropriately, but a focus ,that because someone works for us we are all bad. I will say that if your going to trash a company publicly, be sure you did your homework. As always as a leader here at Cary Moody Heating and Air, I will look at the entirety, speak to all involved that are connected to company and do what I feel is best to secure the values we set forth for our employees and maintaining/growing the customer relationships we so desire. As for the employee, he has been employed less than 45 days, he has never been late, no complaints from the many , many calls he has serviced, he has diagnosed calls in an honest timely fashion and been overall an excellent employee that showed a promising future to help us continue growth. After looking over all angles that I could, I could not get past the point of how many people value our business and trust us to always be professional, respectful and do what’s best for the future of all our employees. One individual will not negatively impact so many, we have released the employee and we will move on continuing to search, screen and do our best to make educated hires of what we feel are the best employees we can staff See more

Don't be fooled by the rain and low temps, Humidity levels that we are experiencing cause more condensation which can do damage when drains are not properly maintained- Your A/C Heat need maintenance, don't neglect it, call us for an 89.00 once over , we will take the time to educate you.
