Company Leads Coordinator Coldwell Banker - KPDD has been the leading real estate brokerage firm in the Columbus, GA area for over 30 consecutive years. This role manages all company generated business, leads, the distribution to o...ur agent population, and the oversight of execution. This encompasses builder accounts, direct mail initiatives, corporate accounts, affinity programs, and other strategic partnerships that generate sales and listing business to the company. This role will lead and manage the agent team that works these leads. Additionally, this position oversees our Web Lead Business, including Zillow, Opcity, and other 3rd party lead sources. Principal Duties & Responsibilities - Lead and Manage Web Leads, Builder, and Relocation and other lead teams, to include team member training/onboarding, performance management, and client follow up - Serves as the primary point of contact for department - Ensures compliance to performance standards for Cartus and other company lead accounts - Be a leader in conflict resolution on issues arising from company generated business - Serve as member of company leadership team addressing broader issues impacting the company at large - Work to maintain and procure new sources of company business - Track and report on key performance metrics for the department Education & Experience - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Communication or related field, or equivalent work experience - 2+ years working in an administrative/marketing support capacity - Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Interpersonal Skills, Multitasking - Real Estate Background Preferred - Real Estate License Preferred
