It is pretty rainy out with thunderstorms expected in the afternoon. We will be closed today and look forward to seeing you out tomorrow!

For the dedicated trail/park guests, the bathrooms are open but the ongoing sub-freezing temperatures and winds are causing us to close for the day. Will check-in tomorrow! *FYI--we should be getting WiFi very soon!*

Unfortunately, the combination of low temps, gusty winds, and rainy/overcast conditions have caused activities to come to a stop and we are closed for the rest of the day. Hopefully tomorrow will be nicer!

Merritt & Dr. Michael stopped by this afternoon on their way to Rockmart. Safe travels to you both!

With the rainy weather, we will not be open at this time. When the weather clears up, we will make sure to open for the remainder of the day.

Power has been restored and bathrooms are clean but due to the combination of high winds & low temps, we will reopen tomorrow.

Due to the winds, power is out at the concessions building, store is closed. Bathrooms are open with natural light but are unheated.
