So in the Fall of last year the company that I work for took their part of our phone system from my local phone company in favor of Comcast. Since then nothing but trouble with their part of the phones. Then they offered us agents to get free VoIP phones and even thru in a "kicker" of free headsets for every phone if we changed. Change would have saved me approx $5K per year. No way I would even consider it. Now I see all these agents company wide upset about their crapp...y service and it dropping calls, etc... and I just smile...exceptional customer service with local hometown people. Can't say enough good things about Chickamauga Telephone Corp. Ted Austin and all the other great people there!!! Likewise, even though they closed my local "Cohutta" bank and moved my favorite peeps to Lafayette I will make the drive every week to continue to do business with them because of awesome people like Anissa Collins, Jackie Griffry (even though she is enjoying retirement!) and all the other gals!!! They give the best customer service and always have a smile !!!!
