The City of Adel Fire Department will be conducting yearly flow testing of all fire hydrants. Be aware, that could cause some discoloration and rust to be present in your water. Testing will be performed Monday through Friday, 8:00AM until 5:00PM starting October 1st, 2020, and will continue until approximately December 31st, 2020. During these next few months, please check your water for quality before using for drinking or cooking. If water shows signs of rust or contamination, please flush the water for 10-15 minutes or until water becomes clear. We thank you for your patience while this testing is completed.
