Coastal Pet Rescue will be holding special adoption event hours today from 1p - 4p. All of our residents are looking for their forever families - or foster homes where they can have the luxury of home life while they wait. We'll be on hand to answer your questions about adopting, fostering, and volunteering. Check out the FB event page for some of the adoptable pets that will be joining us.

Our cover model, Pete, is looking for a lap to call his own. This handsome and hilarious brindle has a big smile, and a big heart to match. He's a good boy and working hard on his basic commands so he can charm his way into your heart and home. Pete loves playing and romping around the play yard with other dogs his size, and when it comes to cats .... he doesn't really seem to mind them. (In fact he might prefer they just leave him alone.) Meet Hawk: A sweet little guy. And those ears! He is a little shy at first but once he gets to know you he is a non-stop little love who enjoys playing tug of war and running after toys. He will walk with a harness on, but prefers the safety of a yard, and will need a home with a secure fenced yard so that he can run around and burn off some of that energy.
