It's starting to unfold As the Performing Arts component of Campbell High School is being relocated & expanded in a new campus building, the original theater gains a new life as a light airy student-focused learning commons at the heart of the school. With new windows being cut in, an open plan, multiple study rooms and classrooms flanking each side, the re-envisioned space will not only provide a new active learning environment, but also a new face for the school.

The opportunity to serve Grove Park Foundation & YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta in accomplishing the #vision their #inspired #team set out to accomplish is most humbling and rewarding. We applaud their partnership and their tenacity to serve the City of Atlanta and the Grove Park community. We have listened for little footsteps on these floors for months and are so thankful for the opportunity to celebrate this educational milestone (cradle to college #education is now within walking distance!)

Construction at Russ Chandler Stadium at Georgia Tech is moving quickly! This week turf will be installed in the new batting tunnel and pitching lab. Work will continue on finishes, along with some custom graphics. Pretty soon the plaza will be finished and new entry will be up, ready to welcome fans. We’re so excited for the 2021 baseball season to begin and for the Yellow Jackets and their fans to enjoy their new facilities!

"The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character-- that is the goal of true education"-MLK Today we remember and honor the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr.

Join us today as we celebrate the oldest holiday commemorating African American freedom in the United States. This date signifies the last of the slaves learning that they were free nearly two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was issued. This year, Juneteenth is another reminder that the fight for equality is ongoing. Let's continue to support our community and celebrate the legacy of resistance, perseverance, and the strength of the human spirit. #Juneteenth #FreedomDay

Ancient poets invoked the muses to tell their tales, but these days, our CCCA architects look to more tangible sources of inspiration. We asked the principals of Collins Cooper Carusi Architects to share the buildings and architects that have inspired them to become the artists and creators they are today. Who is your muse?

Last night we combined our Social Committee with our Design Forum to introduce the first ever ... @CCCArchitects Virtual Sip + Sketch in 'Club Zoom'. With sketch topics like ‘draw your shelter-in-place location as modern art’. #CCCAFam #design #architecture #CCCAwesome #smalldoseofhappy #stayconnected Thanks for documenting, Kelly!

The New Normal. The COVID-19 pandemic may have us working from home, but CCCA is still here for our clients. We will be complying with the shelter-in-place guidelines issued by the White House until May 1st. "None of this is as challenging as the heroic efforts of our medical professionals, public safety workers, grocery clerks, and others to keep us fed, healthy, and safe. For this, we are profoundly grateful," writes CEO Tracy Carusi. . . . #CCCAFam #becausecommunitymatters #cornavirus #workfromhome

3 Ways To Work Together When We Can’t Be Together 1. Increase the quality of connectivity between you and your client/colleague: have your laptop at eye level, using a yoga block or old books and utilize daylight to diffuse light from the direction of the camera. 2. Design rituals around tools: there are so many ways to collaborate virtuallyvideo conferencing! chat platforms! task-management software!but tools are only as good the teams put in place around them. Try daily m...orning coffee chats over video or ten-second dance breaks to spark creativity and keep meetings fresh. 3. When you can’t do, learn: disruption from your normal routine can be an opportunity to learn something new. Time to execute on all the things you have been putting off. Build something with your hands, learn to code, invest in new software.

"As all of our lives are changing rapidly, it's more important than ever that we help each other through this, as friends and as a community." CCCA is standing together during these chaotic days, and we are here for you too. Link to note written by our CEO, Tracy Carusi. . . . #coronavirus #CCCAFam #becausecommunitymatters

As the #coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak spreads, our priority is the health and well-being of our team members and the greater community. Therefore, beginning on Tuesday, March 17th, CCCA will be instituting a work-from-home/work-remotely policy for all team members. . . . #architecture #CCCAfam #washyourhands #covid19 #bewell
