Congratulations and Thank You to Holistic Columbus and everyone who made the Expo a success this weekend. There was a great turnout for my mini-seminar on Cellular Stress and Nutrition. I am now finishing up my preparations on the 6 week class on Diet and Human Evolution which will start on Wednesday, 8/16 at 6:30. The Holistic Columbus Expo is coming on Saturday, 8/5! I will be a guest speaker representing Alday Chiropractic on the topic of Cellular Stress, Free Radicals and Nutrition. Speaking time is at 3:00 pm.... Hope to see you there!

Alday Chiropractic And Dr. Gordon Will be closed on July 3rd and 4th for the holidays.... I will be out of the clinic on Friday, 6/9 and Monday 6/12 in order to spend some time with the family and enjoy some baseball! Normal hours on Tuesday 6/13.
