Our real estate team, the Marshall Berch Group of PalmerHouse Properties, is hosting our 11th Annual Free Community Paper Shredding Event on Saturday, May 1, 20201 between 9:00 am until 11am (or until the two trucks fill up) at Vista Grove Shopping Center, 2860 Lavista Road, Decatur, GA. Documents only please, no binders, folders, clips etc. Papers will be shredded & destroyed by the Eco Shredding trucks on-site while you watch. Maximum of 4 boxes per vehicle please. An opportunity to make donations to Frazier-Rowe Park will be provided.

If you bought a home last year you can file for a Homestead exemption to reduce your property taxes. You need only file one time for as long as you live in your home. Thanks! C
