Costumes Etc. is not offering to do customer’s makeup in store this year for Halloween like we have in the past. Instead we are compiling a list of local Atlant...a artists to give to our customers for their Halloween makeup application needs. Is this something you’d be interested in participating in? Now that the City of Atlanta has regressed back to Phase 1 of quarantine we are implementing stricter safety guidelines at Costumes Etc. We will only be allowing 2 shoppers in the store at a time. Please call ahead of time to schedule an appointment. Walk ins will be limited and delayed if there are already scheduled shoppers in the store. All customers are required to wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth at all times while shopping. Failure to keep a mask on will result in expulsion from the store.
