One our best millwrights, Freddie, welding up some pipe.

This existing mixer surge hopper was directly connected to the mixer load cells. We removed the existing framework connected to the surge hopper and added a free standing frame to support the mixer on load cells. We also added 10 Cleveland vibrators as a part of this project.

Demolished an existing mixer and installed a new Scott mixer into place. Tight working quarters, but the project went great.

Little weekend project. We added a cyclone and airlock to a post grinding system.

Upper conveyor, Buhler screener, diverter valves, lower conveyor, spouting and platform modifications. Everything running smoothly!

Notice the conduit rack directly above the elevator head section. This leg was entirely replaced by using a winch, not from overhead.

New stainless steel elevator leg discharge transitions with new Salina Vortex valves and stainless spouting.

Fabrication and installation of a new catwalk access stair - treads are slip resistant fiberglass and all steel is hot dip galvanized.

Replacement of two pellet turnhead distributors and spouting.

Demolished an existing similar tank, installed and piped in the new molasses tank.

Receiving elevator leg belt and bucket replacement.
