Art is back in the CCBC Gallery! Local artist David Hale's exhibition, Hope, celebrates his brand new mural created in honor of AthFest Music & Arts Festival, located behind our taproom on the building shared by our neighbors Epiphany Athens and The Rook & Pawn. The artist is generously donating 50% of sales from the exhibition to the Get Artistic fund, supporting the program's 2020 community partners. This stout is an exploration into the complex world of culinary-influenced ingredients, specifically with the desire to recreate the native Mexican dish Mole. Mole is a regional and personal dish that reflects a true sense of the land, the ingredients, and the people. When we set out to create this mole-inspired stout, we consulted with local chef Maricela Vega to focus on ingredients local to us while also honoring this traditional dish.
