Front desk associate position is responsible for welcoming guests, answering calls for reservations, checking guests in and out and create a wonderful guest experience. Must have great customer service skills, ability to adapt to change, problem solving skills, self motivation, able to stand for a period of time, willing to go outside of job description, team oriented, positive attitude, able to handle guest issues, reliability and punctual. Open availability, nights, weekend...s and holidays required. Must have reliable transportation. Room for growth based upon work ethic and drive. Benefits included employee discount, paid partial healthcare for full time associates and possible bonus pay. Pay is based upon experience. Shift hours will vary from opening at 7:30am-3:30pm to closing at 12:00pm-8:15pm and mid shift of 10:00am-6:00pm. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
