Tracking Hurricane Dorian update- The United States Bankruptcy Court BRUNSWICK Division will be CLOSED on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, Wednesday, September 4, 2019 and Thursday, September 5, 2019. ALL Section 341 meetings of creditors scheduled for Wed., Sept. 4, 2019 and Thur., Sept. 5, 2019 have been cancelled and will be rescheduled. Barring further developments, the Brunswick division of the court is expected to resume normal business operations on Friday, Sept. 6, 2019. Please be safe the next few days.

Despite of the partial government shutdown that began December 22nd, 2018, the Federal Judiciary and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Georgia remains open and will continue normal operations until further notice.
