I had a few more requests for Memorial Urns/Boxes... so, today was a productive day. These are going to some well loved dogs.

My Queen was out gathering amongst the throngs this day and what does she find ??? A well used (and slightly abused) wooden plane !! For a small price she rescued this beast from the woes of being abandoned like those on the island of misfit toys. This is made by A. Howland & Co. In NY. Near as I can find, it's a cousin to Auburn Tool Co. and was made from 1869-1874. Yup almost 150 years old. ... It looks to have the original iron too, so that's pretty spiffy A little elbow grease, a proper sharpening, and she should be ready to go back to work. See more
