NOTICE: Dear Valued Cumberland Services, LLC Customer, We would like to say THANK YOU for putting your trust in us to take care of your waste hauling service needs! We certainly appreciate and value your business and loyalty to our company through the years! ... We have been using a software called WAM since CS started in business in 2004 to generate monthly billing, however we have decided to transition to a new software called Navusoft which will allow us to do more things besides just billing. Utilizing this new software we will be able to do billing, proposals, service agreements, dispatching, etc. We feel this new software will make us more efficient and help you the customer as well. We started using Navusoft on November 1, 2020, so all services after November 1st will be billed from Navusoft. As with changing any software, there can be some challenges in transferring past data. If you have any past due balances from services prior to Nov 1, you will also have a statement/invoices from WAM included. Please be patient and understanding the first couple of months as we work through this transition. We are striving to make the transition as smooth as possible for us internally and you the customer as well. We hope that by notifying you of the change in software, the impact to your business may be minimized.
