D & G Rental Properties

The D&G Rental Property Office will be closed December 24 and 25, 2020, to allow our employees to enjoy time-off with their families. We will re-open Monday, December 28, 2020 at 9:00 am for normal business hours.

D&G Rental Properties will be closed for Thanksgiving - Thursday, November 25, 2020 and Friday, November 26, 2020 to allow our employees to enjoy time with their friends and families. We will reopen Monday, November 30, 2020 at 9:00 am - regular business hours. The D&G Rental office will be open regular business hours: Friday, July 3, 2020 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 - 5:00 pm for rental payments.

We will be here Friday 06/11/2020 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (closed 12:00-1:00 pm for lunch). Office hours have returned to normal for the most part but it never hurts to call first to insure we haven't stepped out to run errands / check mail.

Wednesday, May 6, 2020. Good Morning, our front office is still closed to walk in traffic, but I plan to be in the office today from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm to take payments and answer questions. If you are making a payment today in person you can call us from your car for instructions, slide payment under door and we will write you a receipt and either slide it back under the door, text, email or mail receipt confirmation back. REMINDER TO ALL TENANTS- Pursuant to Section 18 (F) of your lease- Tenant is required and agrees to use all care and diligence to secure and prevent water pipes from freezing. With freezing temperatures expected, please remember to leave your water dripping & cover any outside faucets if necessary on any night when temperatures are expected to be at freezing conditions. After much request, we are now able to process debit/credit cards. There will be a 3% transaction fee for each transaction. However, paying the 3% fee could potentially be cheaper than late fees if you cannot make it to the office within the grace period or gas if you do not live in the Nashville area. Visitation for Don will be Sunday 8/11/19 at 3:00pm, Lovein Funeral Home in Nashville followed by a Memorial Service that same day at 4:00pm. The family requests in lieu of food or flowers, that donations be mailed to The Berrien County Humane Society, P.O. Box 832, Nashville, Georgia.

It is with great sadness that we announce that Don lost his battle this morning with cancer. Gina and the staff appreciate each call, text or cards that each person sent. Thank each of you for your kindness during this great time of sadness.
