Just helped the most amazing couple close on their new forever home. Robert and Karla fell in love with this house from the moment we walked through the door. Robert because the seller races with Ferrari and Karla loved the layout and the covered back porch. We had a lot of hurdles to cross to get to the end but we did it. The seller even gave my client a Ferrari racing team jacket. My buyer was like a kid at Christmas. Both parties talked at the closing table for over an hour, then talked more outside by the vehicles.

Would you keep this tub or get rid of it?

My office is working with Over the Moon this week to collect diapers and wipes for those families who may not be able to afford their children’s basic needs.
