Perspective: - The US reports 24.8 Million cases of COVID with 411,486 deaths so far. - The US also reports giving 17.2 million doses of vaccine thus far with no reported deaths. Which odds do you choose?

I did a podcast interview that was released today. The interviewer, Dr. Randy Cook, was fabulous. It tells my story from my childhood. If you have an hour and the interest, give it a listen! https://rxforsuccesspodcast.com/the-recovering-doctor-robe/

People are putting this out as evidence that COVID has been exaggerated is not as severe as stated. That is simply not true. Very few deaths are due to a single cause and it is normal for vulnerable people (from other diseases) to die from something like COVID-19. Influenza deaths are only from flu in a minority of cases. Few people die from only diabetes. That doesn't make those illnesses exaggerated; it simply says that vulnerable people die easier than those who are n...ot vulnerable. The bottom line is that there have been about 200,000 COVID-19 deaths in the US (which puts it as the #3 cause of death), and we are approximately 200,000 over the expected death rate in the US. In other words, 200,000 people are dead now who wouldn't have been in a regular year. I don't think it is coincidence that the numbers match. COVID-19 is killing people earlier than they would have died.

Dr. Boland is on Sale!! If you have friends and family who want to get top-notch care with convenience, Dr. Boland is waiving his registration fee until further notice. My patients can attest to how much better care can be when you take away the middle-man, when prices are transparent, and when doctors work for their patients!
